Chelsea Seener Gornall
Chelsea Seener Gornall blends high Cs with spreadsheets as both a powerhouse vocalist and seasoned bookkeeper. A versatile singer whose performances span opera, musical theatre, and rock, she has sung across the U.S. and internationally in six countries. Raised in San Diego, she takes great pride in nurturing a modern opera scene in the city that launched her artistic journey. Her leadership in the arts began early—as a cultural ambassador in high school, a founding member of her college's Student NATS chapter, and one of the first educational outreach performers with San Diego Opera.
Outside the spotlight, Chelsea brings over a decade of bookkeeping and office management experience to her role as Treasurer with Genesis Opera Theatre. She’s passionate about helping the company thrive both onstage and off. Chelsea is proud to support a nonprofit committed to meaningful, accessible artistry—and to doing the real work it takes to keep that vision moving forward.
